Endings: The Season 8 Finale of Supernatural. Sam Winchester trying to complete the last trial in order to shut the gates of Hell forever. Learning that by doing so will result in his death- the ultimate "Sacrifice".

I can't adequately describe this scene because it was such and emotional powerhouse. It's just something that must be seen. IMHO it had to be the best brother scene from the entire series. Jared Padalecki's Sam was just so heartbreaking and raw-one of his absolute best performances.
