This is an excellent Mr. Weasley! As it's been 13 years since I read the 2nd book for the first time, I don't really remember how I pictured him, other than that he had receding hair and glasses and was tall and thin, but this would definitely fill the bill. Great!
This version looks eerily similar to the one i first imagined before seeing the movie, even now, his facial expression also looks much more like his character as written down in the books as well. Fits his description, and looks like my natural image of him. This is the real Mr.Weasley.
what is the use of the rubber duck???????? this just looks right!!!

I really like your art. This is an excellent picture, but for some reason, I always pictured Arthur with a mustache. :/
I really don't like the way Arthur is in the movie. The thing that annoyed me most is in CoS, when he just stood there and took it when Lucius insulted his family. I mean, hello? They're supposed to get into a fistfight!
I'm not overly fond of the movie Arthur either. Some of the actors and actresses definitely fall short of how I envisioned them. That would be all right if they stayed true to the story and the actions of book characters. But, alas, the movies are what they are and will never be as wonderful as the books.
You gallery is so amazing it makes me want to go comment on them all!! Anyway, I swear you got into my head with this one. lol This exactly as I pictured him in every way. I love your drawing style, so realistic. *sighs in frustration* Ah...I want to say something so badly about this but I can't find the words to do it! Don't you hate that? Well, I'm just going to have to stick with this is absolutely superb and I envy your talent so very much. This is the kind of art I want to be able to do someday. A simply wonderful piece!
He looks like a teacher! A little like he's kinda stuck in his own world half the time, but is quite happy to let others in once and while. And he LOOKS the age he should be, along with a little wear and tear from seven kids. Gah, I love pencil portraits.
So who'd you draft to model for this one, Rourke? Uncle?
